Back in the great white north (that thankfully is not yet white) it was 6:30 swim practice this morning! I still have a bit of travel related discombobulation, though!

On the bright side, even with a cancelled swim, there are probably worst and most definitely colder places in the world to get over a bit of disappointment.
Wendy, what a wonderful shout out, and well deserved! As per Spokane Al, you couldn't have asked for a better location "to be disappointed".

It was extremely interesting for me to read the post. Thank author for it. I like such themes and anything that is connected to this matter. I would like to read a bit more soon.
And it could have been much more disappointing ... we did get in for a swim Saturday, I swam the tri relay Sunday, and had a one mile sea swim Tuesday morning!

Oh my, you're so famous now! I can't believe they wrote a whole article about you, your brother and the tri, that is really exciting. Too bad the race didn't happen, guess you'll have to go back next year!
