Come A Little Bit Closer ...

Wednesday I uploaded selected photos from Cayman to Henry's. Friday they were ready in the store. Today I picked them up, bought a couple of small albums to put them into (at a different store) and some file folder labels to caption them* (at yet another store) so I can send them on to the folks. Then I set about doing just that. Well in looking at the prints to write captions, I found a little surprise. Several actually!

Remember this post? And when I said you could click and get closer? Like me, you may have seen dark rocks, some smashing surf, and a mostly white bird. Well, I printed the last one for my folks, and as I was labelling it I saw something I hadn't anticipated. There are more birds in that photo! In fact there is more than one bird in each one I posted! They're pretty much masquerading as rocks.

So for your viewing pleasure I cropped the left side of the final shot with the (mostly white) bird in flight. So now you know what to look for, you'll spot some of those younger birds in the other photos, too.

Too cute, mother nature at her finest for blending into to your environment! Brilliant.

I know! Amazing, isn't it? (To your earlier point, Danielle, yes, the little camera does okay.)
