Long pants and rain shoes are the order of the day! Fiddlesticks! Fiona and I decided early this morning that a pool swim was a better choice than a pond swim today. There's an outside chance if I get it together I can hit 460,000 by the time the calendar flips, I'm at 451,400 now ...

And very cool that Baywatch actresses is actually a serious swimmer. I had my doubts about Pam Anderson ;-)
