Just A Little Linkage ...

At short course nationals last night, Annamay Pierse swam a blistering 2:17.50 200 breaststroke to break Leisel Jones' world record. And I watched it through the miracle of live streaming. Sometimes I heart teh interwebs. And there's even a small blurb about it on the CBC sports page. Sigh.

Over at Swimming for ME there's an informative post up about the effects of sports and activities on children.

Speaking of activities for children, there was much of it down the road yesterday in celebration of St. Patrick's Day — Kate and Georgia threw a wonderful party. With Guinness cake. I now also heart Guinness cake. Plus you have to do something with the leftover ingredients, right? Because Guinness doesn't come in one third or quarter cup measures ...
